Whether you bake them for a breakfast on the go, an after-school snack or a sweet dessert, Chocolate Muffins made with “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix are a beloved treat the whole family will enjoy.
Yields: 6 - 8 Muffins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Combine brownie mix, flour and baking powder. Add margarine or butter, water, egg and vanilla; stir by hand for about 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips (optional).
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with sugar (optional). Bake 18 - 22 minutes.
Substitute peanut butter chips in place of mini chocolate chips (optional).
