Sausage Pancake Dippers made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix are a fun twist on a breakfast favorite.

This Recipe Uses:

"JIFFY" Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (32 oz.)

Just add water to create golden, fluffy maple-flavored pancakes or waffles.

Yields: 24 - 28 Dippers

  • Step 1

    Preheat griddle or skillet over medium heat (350°F to 375°F) or as manufacturer suggests. Griddle/skillet is ready when a few drops of water sizzle and disappear. Grease lightly.

  • Step 2

    Cut each sausage link in half lengthwise.

  • Step 3

    Combine pancake mix and water, stirring until lumps disappear (about 15 seconds). Dip each sausage half in batter.

  • Step 4

    Place on griddle or skillet and cook as directed on package for pancakes. Serve with syrup for dipping.
