(Two-Three 7″ Round Waffles)
- 1-1/2 cups “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg
Preheat waffle iron.
Combine ingredients, stir until blended. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s directions. Repeat with remaining batter.
