Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

Cake

  • 1-1/2 cups “JIFFY” Baking Mix
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1-1/2 cups blueberries

Topping

  • 2 Tbsp. “JIFFY” Baking Mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup quick oats

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.

For cake, combine ingredients except for blueberries. Mix well. Fold in blueberries and pour into pan. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 40 – 45 minutes.
