Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 7 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream margarine or butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Slowly add biscuit mix and oats. Blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
