Ingredients:

  • 2-3/4 cups “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) white chocolate chips
  • 1-1/2 cups dried cherries
  • 1 cup lightly salted cashews, chopped

Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine margarine or butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11 – 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
