Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Combine topping, peanut butter, margarine or butter and egg.  Add pancake & waffle mix.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Drop by tablespoon on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake 10 – 12 minutes.
