(9 – 12 Brownies)
- 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp. rum extract (optional)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
For brownies, combine ingredients. Bake 25 – 30 minutes. Let cool. For frosting, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add remaining ingredients until combined. Spread on brownies. For topping, in sauce pan combine ingredients. Stir on medium-low until melted. Cool slightly and drizzle over frosting.
