- 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Vegetarian Corn Muffin Mix or
1 pkg. “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 can (8-3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. hot peppers, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Combine ingredients. Blend well. Pour into pan. Bake 20 – 25 minutes.
