  • 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flaked coconut

Pie Crust Mix


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients on low until combined. Roll into 1” balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet 1” apart. Bake 14 – 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
