(9 – 12 Brownies)
- 1/2 cup “JIFFY” Baking Mix
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9” square pan.
Combine margarine or butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add baking mix and cocoa. Blend well. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 20 – 25 minutes.
