- 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cream egg yolk, cream cheese and vanilla. Add pie crust mix and powdered sugar. Blend well. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips (optional). Roll into 2” balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 12 – 14 minutes.
