- 2 cups “JIFFY” Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cream margarine or butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Slowly add baking mix and oats until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon on prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
