- 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cups quick oats
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cream margarine or butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Slowly add biscuit mix, oats, cinnamon and raisins. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
