Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips

Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine margarine or butter, sugars and peanut butter. Blend until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in pancake & waffle mix, oats and flour. Stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 – 15 minutes. Do not over bake.
