Pesto Pizza


(8 – 10 Servings)


  • 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Pizza Crust Mix
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp. garlic
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup warm water (80°F to 90°F)
  • assorted toppings (optional)

Pizza Crust Mix


Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12″ pizza pan.

Process basil and nuts in food processer until smooth. Add oil and garlic. Blend well. Add cheese. Mix well and set aside. Prepare pizza crust mix as directed on package. Prick dough with fork. Bake 5 minutes. Spread sauce over crust. Add toppings (optional). Bake an additional 8 – 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
