Pound Cake

Ingredients:

Cake

  • 2 pkgs. “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Glaze

  • 1-1/2 cups powedered sugar
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Golden Yellow Cake Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10 cup Bundt pan.

For cake, combine margarine or butter and sugar. Blend well. Add eggs, cake mix and sour cream. Beat for 2 minutes on medium. Pour into pan. Bake 38 – 43 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. For glaze, combine ingredients. Blend well. Drizzle over cake.
