Baking Mix Recipe

(9 – 12 Servings)



  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


  • 1/2 cup “JIFFY” Baking Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. quick oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Baking Mix


Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.

Combine batter ingredients. Blend well. Pour into pan. For topping, combine ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake 30 – 33 minutes.
