Air Fryer Deluxe Cornbread made with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix.
Yields: 6 - 8 Servings
Preheat air fryer to 310°F. Grease an 8" round pan or line with parchment paper.
Stir all ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Let rest for 3 or 4 minutes; stir lightly before filling pan.
Cook 15 minutes, turn and cook an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
