Strawberry Nut Bread

(Two Small Loaves or 1 Large Loaf)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups “JIFFY” Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, mashed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Grease a loaf pan.

Combine baking mix, sugar, sour cream, oil, egg, pudding mix and baking powder.  Mix well.  Fold in nuts and strawberries.  Pour into pan. Bake 55 – 60 minutes.
