Blonde Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided

Fudge Brownie Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of a half sheet pan.

Combine brownie mixes, eggs and oil until blended. Add sour cream and frosting. Blend well. Stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Sprinkle pecans and remaining chocolate chips over top. Bake 30 – 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut.

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Fudge Brownie Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

For filling, blend cream cheese and sugar. Mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well and set aside. For brownies, combine brownie mixes, eggs, water and oil. Stir until moist (do not beat). Spread 3/4 of batter into pan. Spread filling mixture over brownie mixture. Spoon remaining brownie mixture over filling. Using a knife, cut through mixture several times for a marbled design. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake 40 – 45 minutes.

Fudge Brownie Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” square pan.

Combine brownie mix, eggs, water and oil. Blend well. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread in pan. Bake 40 – 45 minutes. While brownies are still warm, combine margarine or butter, caramels and milk. Microwave for 2 minutes or until caramels have melted. Stir well and pour over brownies. Sprinkle pretzels and remaining chocolate chips on top. Cool thoroughly before cutting.

Fudge Brownie Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

Blend brownie mixes, eggs, water and oil together. Pour into pan. Bake 25 – 30 minutes. Set aside to cool. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Set aside to cool. Crumble cooled brownies, sprinkle half on bottom of pan. Spread half of cooled pudding on top of brownies.  Sprinkle half of toffee bits over pudding. Spread half of whipped topping over toffee bits. Repeat in layers with remaining ingredients ending with toffee bits.  Chill before serving.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

Combine brownie ingredients until well blended. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. For filling, combine cream cheese and egg. Swirl caramel topping into mixture. Pour over brownie layer in pan and top with remaining batter. (Will not completely cover bottom layer.) Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 32 – 38 minutes. Cool and cut.

Fudge Brownie Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Grease an 8” square pan.

For brownies, combine ingredients.  Bake 25 – 30 minutes.  Let cool.  For frosting, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.  Add remaining ingredients until combined.  Spread on brownies.  For topping, in sauce pan combine ingredients.  Stir on medium-low until melted.  Cool slightly and drizzle over frosting.

  • 3 Tbsp. water

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) creme de menthe baking chips, divided

Frosting

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Tbsp. milk
  • green food coloring (optional)

Fudge Brownie Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

Prepare brownie mixes as directed on packages.  Add 1/2 cup of mint chips.  Mix well.  Bake 30 – 35 minutes.  Cool completely.  Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add powdered sugar.  Blend well.  (If mixture is too thick, add milk.)  Blend in food coloring (optional).  Spread over brownies.  Let stand 30 minutes for frosting to slightly harden.  In double boiler, melt remaining mint chips, over low heat, until almost melted.  Remove from heat and stir until completely melted.  Drizzle over frosting and chill to set.
