Ingredients:

  • 2 pkgs. “JIFFY” Chocolate Muffin Mix
  • 1/4 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 2 eggs

Chocolate Muffin Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Chocolate Muffin Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin pan or use paper baking cups.

Combine muffin ingredients. Blend well. Fill muffin cups 1/4 full and set aside. In saucepan, combine topping ingredients. Boil for 1 minute. Let cool. Drop 1 tablespoon on top of each muffin. Bake 12 – 14 minutes.

Crust

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Filling

  • 3 Tbsp. “JIFFY” Baking Mix
  • 3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Muffin Mix
Baking Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Fill a 13” x 9” pan with 1” of water and place on bottom rack of oven. Combine crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into bottom of an ungreased 9” springform pan. For filling, combine baking mix, cream cheese, sugar and spices until smooth. Add pumpkin and eggs. Beat until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over crust. Bake 60 – 70 minutes or until edges are set. Center will be soft. Turn off oven and open door 3 – 4 inches. Let cheesecake set for an additional 15 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Remove side of pan and refrigerate 3 hours.

Crust

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
  • 3/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

Filling

  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds

Topping

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

Combine muffin mix, sugar and crumbs. Add margarine or butter until blended. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 13 – 15 minutes. For filling, combine coconut and milk. Gently spread over hot crust. Press almonds into coconut mixture. Bake an additional 15 – 20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. For topping, melt chocolate chips and spread over top of warm bars. Chill 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

Combine muffin mix and margarine or butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 8 – 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in peanut butter. Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cream cheese mixture (optional). Bake 25 – 30 minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Cake

  • 3 pkgs. “JIFFY” Chocolate Muffin Mix
  • 1 pkg. (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs

Filling

  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Frosting

  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Chocolate Muffin Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan or a 10 cup Bundt pan.

For coffee cake, combine muffin mix and pudding mix. Add milk and eggs. Blend well and set aside. For filling, combine powdered sugar, cocoa and cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Add egg and mix until creamy. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread half of batter into pan. Spread filling over batter; spread remaining batter over filling. Bake 45 – 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Combine frosting ingredients. Mix well. Spread over warm cake

Chocolate Muffin Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.  Grease muffin pans or use paper baking cups. 

BLEND ingredients.  Batter will be thin and pour easily*.

FILL muffin cups 2/3 full.

BAKE 11-13 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

*For extra moist muffins use 2 Tbsp. oil.
