Crazee Bread Sticks

Ingredients:

  • 3 pkgs. “JIFFY” Pizza Crust Mix
  • 1-1/2 cups warm water (80°F to 90°F)

  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease baking sheet and sprinkle with cornmeal.

Combine pizza crust mix and warm water. Mix well. Set aside to rise in a warm place, approximately 5 minutes. On floured surface, knead 4 or 5 times, until dough becomes easy to handle. Divide dough into balls. Roll each ball into 4” sticks. Twist each stick and place about 1” apart on baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes. Brush with margarine or butter. Sprinkle with cheese and garlic salt.

Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12” pizza pan.

Brown sausage. Drain and set aside to cool. Prepare and bake crust as directed on package. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper thoroughly. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375°F for 30 – 35 minutes.

Pizza Crust Mix
Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12” or 14” pizza pan.

Combine pizza crust and buttermilk biscuit mix. Add seasoning, garlic powder and water. Blend well. Grease fingers and press dough on bottom of pan. Bake 15 – 18 minutes and set aside. Heat oven to 450°F. Cook asparagus until crisp and tender. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top of baked crust. Arrange asparagus and chicken over cheese. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and mustard. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into mayonnaise mixture and spread over asparagus. Bake 12 – 18 minutes.

  • salt and pepper

Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In saucepan, combine onions, green pepper, margarine or butter and sizzle steaks. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned; drain. Prepare pizza crust mix as directed on package. On floured surface, knead dough 5 – 6 times. Divide in half and roll each out to 13” x 9” rectangles. Spread sauce over each section of dough, to within 1” of edge. Place steak mixture over sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Beat egg lightly. Brush edges of dough with egg wash.   Roll up and pinch ends to seal. Place in pan, seam side down. Slit tops several times for venting and brush with egg wash. Bake 15 – 20 minutes.

Golden Yellow Cake Mix
Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

For rolls, combine cake mix and pizza crust mixes. Add water. Mix well. Cover with a towel and let rise for 10 minutes. For topping, pour margarine or butter into a 9″ square pan. Add corn syrup, brown sugar and pecans. Blend well and set aside. On floured surface, roll out to a 14″ x 6″ rectangle. Spread with margarine or butter. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over margarine or butter. Drizzle with corn syrup. Roll up and cut into 1″ wide slices. Place in pan. Bake 30 – 35 minutes. Invert immediately onto serving plate.

Combine pizza crust mix and 1 cup cheese. Add water and mix well. Cover and let rise in warm place for 5 minutes. On floured surface, knead 4 – 5 times. Roll out to a 12″ x 6″ rectangle. Brush with butter. Sprinkle bacon and remaining cheese on top. Roll up starting at shorter end. Pinch edges together to seal and place in pan, seam side down. Garnish with paprika. Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.

For crust, combine pizza crust mix, cinnamon and brown sugar. Stir in sour cream and water. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour or until dough doubles in size. On floured surface, roll out to a 24″ x 6″ rectangle. For filling, spread margarine or butter on dough. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over margarine or butter. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into six 1″ strips. Fold strips in half and twist. Place on baking sheet. Bake 12 – 15 minutes. For dipping sauce, whip all ingredients together.

Directions:

Combine pizza crust mix and garlic powder. Add water and prepare as directed on package. On floured surface, knead several times. Roll out to a very thin rectangle, approximately 14″ x 10″. With pizza cutter, cut into squares and place on baking sheet. With a fork, pierce each piece several times. Add pepperoni and toppings (optional) on top and sprinkle with cheese. Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12” pizza pan. Preheat 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high.

Season the chicken with mesquite rub or quick marinade and set aside. Add onions and peppers to prepared skillet. Caramelize to a golden brown. Remove from skillet; set aside.  Place chicken in skillet and cook thoroughly. Prepare pizza crust as directed on package. Spread BBQ sauce over crust. Spread onions and peppers over sauce. Slice chicken and layer on pizza. Top with cheese. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut. Blend well and set aside. On floured surface, knead dough until stiff. Roll out to a 14″ x 10″ rectangle. Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12″ or 14″ pizza pan.

Place almonds in frying pan and toast over medium until lightly browned. Combine pizza crust mix and cocoa. Add water. Blend well. Cover and let stand 5 minutes in a warm place. On floured surface, knead several times. Roll out to a 12″ circle. Place on pan and prick bottom with fork. Brush with margarine or butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 8 – 10 minutes. Spread hazelnut spread over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and almonds on top. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Cool before slicing.

Variation: Replace chocolate chips with colored chocolate candies or use peanut butter instead of hazelnut spread.

Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Melt margarine or butter in pan over medium heat. Add onion and sprinkle with pepper.  Sauté until golden.  Blanch asparagus and set aside.  Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare pizza crust as directed on package. Bake 7 – 8 minutes. Increase oven to 450°F. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and half of feta cheese on crust.  Top with onions, asparagus, bacon bits and remaining feta cheese.  Bake an additional 7 – 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

Variation:  Lightly drizzle balsamic dressing or olive oil over pizza after baking

COVER and let stand for 5 minutes in a warm place.

KNEAD several times on a floured surface.

GREASE 12″ or 14″ pan. Grease fingers and press dough on bottom and sides of pan. Dough may be shaped into a 14″ x 10″ rectangle on greased baking sheet.

PRE-BAKE crust for 2 – 3 minutes before adding your favorite toppings. Drain meat and other toppings before putting on crust.

BAKE 18 – 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

Suggested Sauce: Add 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder to an 8 oz can of tomato sauce. Mix well. Spread on pre-baked crust before adding toppings.

Dilly of a Pizza

(8 – 10 Servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Pizza Crust Mix
  • 1/2 cup warm water (80°F to 90°F)
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Assorted vegetables, sliced (celery, mushrooms, olives, onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc.)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Pizza Crust Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 12” or 14” pizza pan.

Prepare crust as directed on package. Bake 13 – 15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended. Add dill weed, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well. Spread over crust. Arrange vegetables over top of mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
